Back in the saddle after two days off. Trying to get back into the rhythm of things. Was a little concerned about this being too hard, but that was hardly the case. I was able to hit all my power targets, despite not hitting all the cadence recommendations.
Thank You 2017
2017 has been an incredible year for us. Both kids are doing well in school academically, both are playing tennis now, they are now on 2 wheels on their bicycles, we went to Hawaii during their spring break for my cousin’s wedding. I also landed a new job, which I am thankful and grateful for. My wife continues to be passionate at her job over at the ASPCA, coming up on her 9th year. I cannot be more than happy with how 2017 turned out. We did have some rough times, but I think we came out stronger and smarter because of it. I won’t discuss that here, however.

Ainslie 1 by robnapiza on Tuesday, October 17, 2017
Good Morning All. Late post here, woke up a bit late but managed to get up to get in a good workout early morning.
This morning’s workout was Ainslie +1, which works on improving VO2Max. It’s started to get a bit tough with the later intervals but managed to keep my cadence up at 90rpms.
Ainslie +1 was ridden by robnapiza on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Duration 01:00:00 – kJ(Cal) 485 – TSS 68 – NP 162 – IF 0.83 – FTP 196
Hope everyone had a good July 4th

Happy Friday!
Nothing like a Mocha from Gregory’s coffee to start the day 🙂
been a long while
too long… let’s get this back on track.
Pushing myself
Pushing myself to a become a better me. So instead of waiting for New Year’s to start my resolution, I’m starting today… rather I started last night with an FTP test. Power hasn’t fallen off too much.

Check out Merry Christmas by Johnny Mathis
I remember listening to this as a child on a record player. Oh, how I miss those days. Now I get to create new Christmas memories with my own family 🙂
