some thoughts

Current song playing on SiriusXM 80’s on 8 is Hall and Oates Maneater.  Just had to share that.

Anyway, smaller celebrations continue to take place with resepctive familes after Randy & Jennie’s wedding.  The ceremony and following reception was tons of fun.  The Garabelis/Gancena/Napiza clan always know how to have a good great time. Especially when it comes to celebrations such as a wedding.  We need to come up with a name for this 1st generation, calling us “kids” is fine,  but we are far from it.  Most of us are done with our education or are on the verge of finishing up.  The firsts of the 2nd generation are on the way on November 2nd or earlier, and they are a most welcome and anticpated additions. I digress….

The wedding on May 16th was one that was in the works for quite some time.  All the months preceding the wedding was full of excitement and stress.  Arguemnts left and right, people wanting to interject their ideas of what a wedding should be, and all the other headaches that come with the planning.  But in the end, everybody had a great time and really enjoyed themselves.  This is evident from the photos and slideshow that I posted on flickr and blip.tv.

Randy and Jennie are a great couple and I love them dearly very much.  There isn’t anything in world that I wouldn’t do for them.  I wish them the best of luck in everything they do, and if they ever need anything I hope they know that they can always reach out to Linette and I.

On to the future, April 17, 2010 will be here before we know it and we will see group known as Table 12 again.  I would hope that this will be the start of a new tradition for our families.  Thanks Randy and Jennie!!! Table 12 was such a great idea!

Please stayed tuned for announcements in the coming months.

broken images

I’m currently aware that I have broken images on my blog. It’s a good thing i backed up my old blog before I switched over. Unfortunately I do not have access to them until later in the week.

rain rain rain

I can’t believe the weekend was an almost total washout, except for Saturday afternoon.  Spent those few ours switching out the struts and coil springs on my car.  But of course I ran into problems.  Had to run back and forth to AutoZone and PepBoys for parts I needed.  Not to mention needing to get the hole bored out on the new strut mount so the Koni strut would fit.  Well I hope to get the rest of the car done this week, I’m really going to need it for this Friday for Jesse’s bachelor party, should be tons of fun!

Can’t wait to finish my car, I hope the ride will be alot smoother.  Installing Koni yellow externally adjustable struts along with B&G Sport Springs.  I’ll have an update after I’m done.

Goodbye blogger…. hello WordPress!!!

After trying to publish a short blog last night and googling for answers as to why I couldn’t, I decided to leave blogger and use WordPress.

After much trial and errors, I finally have it working the way I like, but more on that later. gotta run!
